Dog Run City proudly announces The Digable Arts Festival: Hoboken’s Independent Arts festival. This two-day arts festival will take place on Saturday March 20th, and Sunday March 21st, 2010. DIGABLE ARTS FESTIVAL will be taking over a large portion of the third floor of the MONROE ARTS CENTER in Hoboken, NJ, located just of the 9th street light rail stop and will play host to Art Installations, Fine Arts, photography, theater, independent video, sculpture, and interactive arts.

 

The Premise for this show is that it is an immersive arts experience. We are looking for participating contributors to also assist in creating this environment "We expect participants to be transported to a world where modern art rules from the moment they enter the third floor". Some DIGABLE highlights include:

 

    * MAIN SPACE with live music, Vendors, and interactive arts experiences.

    * Black box theater for independent theatrical Productions.

    * A viewing room for Independent Video Productions, including documentary, music and Drama.

    * Art Installations by established and up and coming artists.

    * Live Music, Interactive Art, and Vendors.

 

Dog run city has partnered up with MAMM (Modern Art Music Movement),

as well as NYC's Free Arts Society.

 

Dog Run City was founded by Roland Ramos and Wayne Carvajal. Recent

projects include "I Love my Life" group art exhibition @ Eureka

Gallery in Hoboken, NJ, the annual "Hoboken Harvest for the Homeless",

G.A.L.A Art Festivals, and Hudson County Art Slam.
